Vietnamese & Thai
Cooking  Classes
From our recent classes:

We attended a class on Vietnamese and Thai cooking and truly enjoyed ourselves.  We were a little apprehensive, however, as soon as arrived Luna made us feel very comfortable.  She was very well prepared and shared with us personal stories for each dish along with demonstrating each recipe. The class was well planned and full of great information.

Luna took great care in explaining the different ingredients, where they could be found, and the reason for their use.  At the conclusion for the class we all sat down for dinner.  The food was exceptional and because of the instruction, we appreciated the great food so much more.

In fact, the evening of the class we rushed out to buy ingredients and gave it a try ourselves.  The class and Luna were great and we look forward to upcoming classes.  Two thumbs up!    Brad Johnson & Jamie - Asheville

I had the pleasure of attending Luna's Thai food cooking class.  From the minute you enter her beautiful home, Luna's graciousness and hospitality encompass you.  From the liver pate and rice cracker appetizers to the multi course meal she prepares with your help, you feel as if you are a welcome guest.  The food is fresh (much from her own garden) and of high quality.  Her recipes yield delicious results.  Additionally,  Luna shares with you her wealth of culinary expertise and food and cultural travel experience.  Her teaching style is straight forward and easy to understand with many opportunities to ask additional questions.  I would recommend this class and look forward to taking another myself.  Cherryl M.  --Asheville
My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed Luna's cooking class.  Her home was beautiful and welcoming, and the structure of the class felt personal and open to questions.  She had detailed recipes already laid out and used the best ingredients. Luna taught us a ton about Vietnamese cooking and cooking techniques in general. The food was the best Vietnamese I've ever had and Luna and her husband make for good conversation.  I would love to take another class if I get the chance and Luna's pho soup is the next kitchen project!
