Hello Friends,
Summer is in full bloom, as well as the flowers, the leaf vegetables, and the fragrant aromatic herbs: mint, shisho, corriander, Thai basil, lemon baum, garlic chives......not only give wonderful aroma, and delicious taste to your foods, herbs also mean cleansing!...in general all kinds of herbs have some medical properties, one thing for sure, is that they help to clean your internal system.
With the heat, we will learn to make dishes that are fresh or, dishes that we can cook outdoors: Vietnamese BBQ for example. I will show you dishes that use the maximum number of vegetables and herbs.
For the vegetarians or, those who are on special diet with restricted animal protein (high blood pressure, high cholesterol..)...there is a special section of ToFu cooking.
Eating light does not mean that delicious taste has to be sacrificed, South East Asian cooking is a natural for the hot tropical weather. Also remember, when you learn 1 dish from Luna, you will learn 3 or4 variations of it.
So call some friends, come over and let's BBQ (yes, also the vegetarians!!) in the outdoors.
